Happy Easter to all!
So sorry I’ve neglected this site. Will try to get better about it these days.
I’ve a new job and absolutely love it!
I’ve finished three projects thus far this year. JJ’s hat, a smock dress for Sami, and a tied fleece blanket for Sami.
(Sorry, I don’t have a photo of JJ’s hat or Sami’s fleece blanket as of yet)
JJ’s hat is an orange crocheted hat that I made with no pattern. It used Lion Brand Wool-Ease Thick and Quick yarn in Pumpkin. Hope to make more for sell on my Etsy site.
Sami’s dress is made out of a mock smock fabric from JoAnn Fabric and ribbon I found in my drawer.
Sami’s fleece blanket was made out of blizzard fleece, also from JoAnn Fabric. Made a matching smaller version for her baby doll.
That’s all for now. Time for some Star Trek and bed as there is work/school in the morning.
I’m so excited to announce that my husband and I are selling our wares locally during the Bethesda Covenant Church Alley Walk Saturday September 6th!
I’ll be selling my various crafty pieces, mainly beaded jewelry, crocheted potholders, washcloths, coasters, and quilted baby blankets. My goal before then is to have 2 dozen beaded items, 10 potholders, 10 washcloths, 5 sets of coasters, and 5 baby blankets ready for selling.
My husband already has many of his photography items ready for selling and we hope to include some brochures for his scanning services, also.
I’ll also be asking my friend Pam and my mom if they would like to sell anything in our little yard sale.
Also will be including some antique stuffs that the house came with that we would like to get rid of.
This is so exciting for us, that my etsy shop will be having a sale, too. Use coupon ALLEYWALK for an additional %10 off purchase order! Coupon will be valid until the end of September.
